To strengthen our growing team, we’re looking for a hands-on Online Marketeer with a passion for digital storytelling, design, and brand building.

As Online Marketeer, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing BOTANIKA’s online presence. From running digital campaigns to creating stunning visuals, you’ll bring our brand to life across social media, web, and digital activations.

You’ll work closely with our Commercial Director, and collaborate with our design and sales teams in Jakarta and abroad.

• Develop and manage online marketing campaigns across social, search, and e-commerce platforms
   
• Design digital content and visuals (ads, banners, social media posts, newsletters, etc.) using Adobe Illustrator and related tools
   
• Optimize and maintain our website; contribute ideas on layout, UX, and new functionalities
   
• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights
   
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in web design, digital marketing, and consumer behavior
   
• Coordinate with international teams to ensure global brand consistency
   

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or related field
   
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or creative content creation
   
• Strong design and DTP skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva)
   
• Experience with web design or CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow)
   
• Strong understanding of digital ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok)
   
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
   
• International experience or mindset is a strong plus
   
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, doer mentality
